Natalia P. Bratilova is a Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor, Head of Breeding and Gardening Department at the Reshetnev Siberian State University of Science and Technology.

Natalia P. Bratilova graduated from the Siberian Technological Institute in 1991 with a degree in forestry. She has been working at Breeding and Gardening Department at the Reshetnev Siberian State University of Science and Technology since 1991 including the position of the head of the department since 2011. 

In 1996 she defended the PhD thesis on "The structure of cedar pine phytomass in plantation crops of suburban area of Krasnoyarsk " on the specialties 06.03.02 "Forest management and forest inventory" and 03.00.16 "Ecology", then in 2005 - D. thesis on "Variability of pine trees and peculiarities of creation of target crops" in speciality 06.03.01 "Forest crops, selection, seed production (agricultural sciences). In 2008, she was awarded the title of Professor by Higher Attestation Commission. 

In 2011, she had won the competition of scientific and pedagogical staff of the university for the title of "Professor of SibSTU in 2010".

She is the author of more than 200 publications in the field of breeding, forest crops, introduction, horticulture, 8 monographs, the scientific articles in the journals included in the list of Higher Attestation Commission, in Russian and international citation databases, manuals, methodological developments, practical recommendations for planting material, certificates for state registration of databases. 

She is a member of the dissertation council D 212.249.06 of the Reshetnev Siberian State University on the defence of doctoral and candidate dissertations. 

In 2014, she was awarded a Letter of Appreciation from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Krasnoyarsk Krai for her significant contribution to the development of the Krasnoyarsk Krai forestry complex signed by Acting Minister E.V. Vavilova; in 2020. - Honorary Diploma of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation for significant services in education signed by V.N. Falkov.
